The Research Institute for Gas Standardization of SWRDICI consists of the following four bodies: National Technical Committee 206 on Gas of Standardization Administration of China, Gas Sub-Committee of National Technical Committee 78 on Semiconductor Device of Standardization Administration of China, the Reference Gas Work Group of National Technical Committee on Reference Materials, and Sichuan Gas Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Station.
The Research Institute for Gas Standardization is a technical service institution. Its main service scope covers the formulation, revision, publicity, implementation supervision and consulting service of gas and gas-related national standards and industrial standards; the R&D, production and technical service of high-purity gas analysis instruments; supervision of the manufacturing of reference gas and gas analysis instruments; inspection of gas products and national examination, review and supervision of reference gases; training on qualification of gas product inspectors.
The National Technical Committee 206 on Gas is a technical organization engaged in national standardization work in gas field. The standardization of this technical field is under its technical jurisdiction. It corresponds to ISO/TC 158. It is led and administered by Standardization Administration of China. In the past ten years since establishment, it formulated, revised and publicized nearly 50 national standards and industrial standards and supervised their implementation and made due contribution to the development of national economy. In the future, it will actively absorb the experts in gas industry as usual to replenish and strengthen its force, publicize and implement related national policies, actively adopt international standards and foreign advanced standards, try to raise the level of Chinese gas standards, carry out the work of standardization in the sector in an all-round way and serve the development of national economy.
The Gas Sub-Committee of National Technical Committee 78 on Semiconductor Device is a technical organization engaged in the work of gas standards in the manufacturing field of electronic industry. It corresponds to the Gas Sub-committee of SEMI. Since establishment, the gas-Sub-Committee has formulated, revised and publicized 15 national gas standards in the electronic industry, supervised their implementation and promoted the development of Chinese electronic industry. It will be committed to promoting localization of the gas for Chinese electronic industry.
The Reference Gas Work Group of National Technical Committee on Reference Materials is a technical organization engaged in the work of reference gas in China. It is a national technical regulatory and supervising body of reference gas. It is responsible to organize the technical appraisal, examination, inspection and review of the developed, produced or imported reference gases.
Sichuan Gas Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Station is a quality supervision and inspection body authorized by Sichuan Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, possessing the status of a statutory inspection institution, assuming statutory rights and obligations and providing service for third parties.
