Recently, Sichuan Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Department issued “the Notice of Sichuan Human Resources and Social Security Department on Approving the Establishment of Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base in 2018” (No. 159, 2018 by SCRS ). The SWRDICI together with other 24 its counterparts were approved to establish Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base according to the notice.
Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base to be established would be a key platform for the SWRDICI to introduce and foster high-level talents for further, which would strengthen self-innovation capacity and key core competitiveness, then promote development on research, business and talents fostering. It was also the first achievement for the SWRDICI on high level talent introduction and fostering, which signified that the team construction and R&D strength of SWRDICI stepped to a higher stage.
The establishment of Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base would be another key support to the SWRDICI for performing research, fostering talents, constructing teams as well as academic exchange with universities and enterprise at home and abroad.
