On 13th Oct., 2018, all the 6 subjects affiliated to a National 973 Program “Scientific Foundation for Energy Saving of High Efficiency Oil and Gas Refining and Process for Oil Shale ” led by the SWRDICI passed acceptance in the internal acceptance meeting held in Beijing.
Yan Jinding, the head of Basic Research Management Center, Basic Department, Ministry of Science and Technology, and the administrator from Sichuan Department of Science and Technology attended the meeting. The expert group consisted of 11 experts, including Academician Li Dadong from Petrochemical Research Institute of China Petrochemical Co., Ltd., Academician Jin Yong and Yue Guangxi from Tsinghua University, Academician Li Hongzhong from Institute of Process Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Professor Chen Biaohua and Researcher Bi Jicheng, the tracking expert of the project. Zeng Jian, deputy party secretary from the SWRDICI, as well as leaders and members of the 6 subjects attended the meeting with total amount of 60. Researcher Xu Guangwen, CTO of the project, hosted the meeting.
In the meeting, Researcher Xu briefly introduced the background, research ideas, setting & objectives as well as management of the project. Leaders of the 6 subjects reported their performance and achievements respectively. Considering aspects of task completion, data sharing & filing, contribution to the whole task, innovation, research team construction and talent fostering, the expert group discussed and formed finial acceptance conclusion and suggestion after listening to those reports. All 6 subjects passed the acceptance as “excellent”.
The performing the project of “Scientific Foundation for Energy Saving of High Efficiency Oil and Gas Refining and Process for Oil Shale” had important scientific value for deepening the understanding of structure and refining mechanism and process of oil shale, developing advanced refining process and equipment, and enhancing the production quality of oil shale and level of energy-saving. The achievements from the projects had been gradually commercialized.
