SWRDICI staff take part in instrument training for sales competition

Four employees of SWRDICI’s commerce department took part in some instrument training on Feb 23, 2012 for a 100-day sales competition, which involves 100 days of hard work, to give them a good start. The competition was held by ChemChina in Chengdu, Sichuan province.

During the training session, teachers from the Monitor Group spoke on the importance of tools in sales based on modern management practices and strategic pricing concepts, supported by some practical case examples.

In the future, the institute will strengthen its sales data analysis through the use six modeling tools -- the Customer Structure Model, Product Structure Model, Customer Database, Product Database, Sales Activity Tracking Database, Performance Evaluation, and Incentive Mechanism Design -- in accordance with SWRDICI conditions to provide more accurate data for marketing decisions and an improved sales system.
