March 28, SWRDICI and the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Institute of Petrochemical Inspection and Supervision (hereinafter: Inner Mongolia Petrochemical Institute) signed a framework agreement in Chengdu for the development of strategic cooperation in petrochemical industry. The party secretary and general manager of SWRDICI, An Chuyu and the vice president of Inner Mongolia Petrochemical Institute, Li Yingtong attended the meeting.
Inner Mongolia Petrochemical Institute is the only public institution engaged in engineering quality supervision in the field of petrochemical industry and specialized in inspection of natural gas, coal, petroleum and chemical products. It is qualified to supervise constructions of new, expanded and reconstructed petrochemical projects; the institute has advantages in product testing technologies and standard-setting research. SWRDICI houses “National C1 Chemical Engineering Technology Research Center”, “State Key Laboratory of Comprehensive Utilization of Industrial Vent Gas”, “National Gas Standardization Technical Committee”, “National Coal Chemical Industry Standardization Technical Committee Coal Chemical Sub-Technical Committee” and other national science and technology innovation platforms. SWRDICI has outstanding records of success in scientific and technological innovation, engineering, commercialization of technology and turning laboratory result into industrial production.
At the meeting, two sides confirmed to cooperate in areas of standardized system construction, R & D work, commercialization of technology as well as inspection and testing. Two parties agreed to jointly carry out technological innovations and market exploration, to fully utilize advantages and then to achieve win-win results.
