On March 16, SWRDICI signed the “Cooperation Agreement for 2×100 Million Cubic Bio-Syngas Based Hydrogen Extraction Project of Anda City” with the people’s government of Anda city of Heilongjiang province and Jiangsu Jintongling Fluid Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. Zeng Jian, the deputy party secretary and disciplinary committee secretary of the SWRDICI, signed the agreement on behalf of the SWRDICI.
Zeng Jian firstly introduced the development history and project performance of the SWRDICI to the participants in the meeting. He emphasized that the gas separation and purification technology of the SWRDICI was very mature, and was capable of engineering and technical services of this hydrogen extraction project.
Secondly, Ao Bingqian, deputy party secretary and mayor of Anda city, affirmed the significance of the hydrogen extraction project and said that the government of Anda city would fully support the project. He also confirmed that the SWRDICI, as a long-established research institute, could provide high-quality services for the implementation of the project.
Finally, Ji Wei, chairman and president of Jintongling Fluid Machinery Technology Co., Ltd, said that hydrogen energy was a green and efficient secondary energy source with high degree of safeness, high energy density, convenient storage, clean, pollution-free and other characteristics. With the increasing environmental protection requirements, the utilization and demand of hydrogen energy would grow greatly. The successful cooperation of the three parties would drive the extensive utilization and vigorous development of hydrogen energy in the country and even in a wider region.
