Recently, aSWRDICI EPC General ContractedProject - Nantong Jiangshan Pesticide Chemical Co., Ltd. 200Nm3 / h glyphosate by-product methyl chloride tail gas recovery plant was successfully commissioned into operation on one trial.This is the secondindustrial plant of this type, following successful operation of SWRDICI's demonstration plant usingPSAto recover methyl chloride in pesticide manufacturing industry,Leshan Fuhua Tongda 4000Nm3/h glyphosate by-product methyl chloride tail gas recovery unit. Different from traditional VOCs catalytic combustion reduction method, the project adopted innovative technology that integrated coupled compressed condensation -pressure swing adsorption - temperature swing adsorption to achieve VOCs recycling (invention patent application filled), achieving resource recycling and utilization of methyl chloride,with the rate of methyl chloride recovery up to 99.9%, and the final exhaust gas is up to emission standard. This technology reduces the emission of atmospheric organic volatile VOCs, which is of significance for energy conservation and emission reduction. It also helps enterprise with methyl chloride emission problem to achieve a cleaner production, lowers cost of production, and overall improves their market competitiveness.
