TY-2000-TS2-YA/YB integrated trace sulfur analyzer is a chromatographic analyzer used for detecting sulfides in gas samples based on the selectivity of chromatographic separation and flame photometric detector (FPD) to sulfur. It is applicable to qualitative and quantitative analysis of organic and inorganic sulfides in natural gas, water gas, semi-water gas, COG, synthesis ammonia and other samples and determination of total sulfur.
The product has been sold to more than 400 domestic large and medium chemical enterprises, institutes of higher learning and scientific research institutions including Shanghai Baosteel and Tianjin University and entered the markets of Southeast Asia.
TY-2000-TS series product has a license for production of measuring instruments (CZ No. 00000375).
1. Hardware: It comprises a gas circuit, electric circuit and tablet PC. After detecting trace sulfur in the analysis gas by a detector, the gas circuit sends the results to the electric circuit. The electric circuit amplifies the weak signal and sends it via a special-purpose chromatographic workstation into a computer for data processing. Integral design has been adopted.
2. Software: Integral design, collection and display of spectrogram, processing of spectrograms, qualitative and quantitative determination and intelligent output of results.
Data analysis and processing is performed by analysis software used for chromatograph and focuses on processing spectrogram data. It can minimize the amount of spectrogram data and raise the efficiency of joint computations, printing by batches, results summaries, operations, automatic savings, spectrogram management and other routine analysis work. It can generate Word analysis reports. Quantitative results or summary of multiple quantitative results could be sent to Excel through clipboards. The records can be saved in the Access database. A customer can obtain a concentration of components to complete subsequent processing work of chromatographic analysis. It makes for routine analysis and chromatographic data management.
3. Accessories: special-purpose sulfide permeation standard source device, standard gas and RS232/RS485 (standard serial interface).
