WDL-94 microcomputer multi-functional sulfur analyzer

BRIEF INTRODUCTION

WDL-94 sulfur analyzer is a chromatograph using flame photometric detector (FPD). Through selectivity detection of sulfide by FPD, the analyzer determines trace sulfides and phosphides. It features high sensitivity and selectivity. It is applicable to determine trace sulfur in various forms and total sulfur in the atmosphere, COG, natural gas, LPG, ethylene gas and acetylene gas. The instrument can meet requirements for Coca-Cola for analysis of sulfides in food-grade CO2, and has been used in multiple factories.

PERFORMANCE FEATURES

WDL-94 adopts an Intel MCS80C196 16-bit single-chip microprocessor and corresponding peripheral chips to form an automatic analysis system. The instrument is an intelligent integrated chromatograph and possesses the following features: automatic sample injection; automatic zero setting; automatic column switching; automatic sensitivity conversion; temperature control of chromatographic column; temperature control of reference material source; a chromatographic processing system of automatic linear processing.

Chromatographic data processing system adopts a special technical processing method, solves the problem of nonlinear response of FPD to sulfur and could conduct linear processing. A reference material is used to quantify most sulfides and avoid quantification by the double logarithmic calibration curve method. Multiple reference materials are used to draw a curve. Automatic column switching technology is adopted to shorten the analytical cycle and lengthen the chromatographic column life.

There is an automatic sample injection system. It can be used as an online total sulfur analyzer.

A printer is used to output chromatographic peaks, chromatograms and chromatographic processing results: peak number, retention time, time of integration, peak area and content.

WDL-94 can be used to analyze sulfur for total sulfur and light component sulfur by a counter-blow method and heavy components. Detection limit of total sulfur is below 0.02×10-6mol/mol.

ANALYTICAL METHOD

Six analytical methods: single column single time, single column continuous, double column single time, double column continuous, counter blow single time, and counter blow continuous. The user does not conduct any parameter settings. With a simple “one-key” operation and one-time sample injection, it takes only 3 minutes to complete “total sulfur” analysis.
