XN2008-TZ automatic gas chromatograph is a special-purpose industrial chromatograph embodying scientific research achievements in the past twenty years and adopted a new design. It was released in 2008. It is applicable to the detection of H2, O2 (Ar), N2, CH4, CO, CO2 and other components in (semi) water gas, column feeding gas in ammonia synthesis process, gas catalytically reformed from natural gas and other gases. It is a tool for online or offline detection of gas plants, synthesis ammonia plants, methanol plants and water gas plants. It incorporates modern advanced analysis and technologies for testing, manufacturing and electronics that enable the machine to run for a long time.
Subject to quantity of users sampling points and characteristics of sample gas, multi-point automatic cyclic sampler (XN2008-XC) and sample gas pre-treatment device (XN2008-YC) could perform multi-point automatic sampling and analysis. After analytical results are processed by the chromatographic workstation, spectrograms and analytical data are saved in a computer.
1. Full automation of analytical process: A good XN2008-TZ analyzer is provided. From sampling to release results (spectrograms and data), no manual operations are needed to ensure data authenticity.
2. New design based on use environment and requirements: XN2008-TZ adopts anti-corrosion and protective measures for inside and outside of the instrument according to the specific use environment to ensure long-term and stable operations.
3. Man-machine interaction adopts a Chinese interface and touch-screen operations and provided with an RS-485 communication interface. Analytical data can be uploaded to the management network or central control room.
