TC series technology for automatic and cyclic treatment of car wash water is an environment friendly and energy-savings product developed by SWRDICI. The quality of water treated has passed the environmental monitoring authority of Chengdu and is at or above national car wash water reuse standards.
1. Zero discharge: The unit has realized zero sewage discharge of the municipal pipe network.
2. Long service life: Warranty period of the equipment is more than ten years, excluding the program controller, water pump and valve. An enclosure made of engineering plastic and PLC master control elements have been adopted. The operation is simple, as well as waterproof and rustproof.
3. Good quality of treated water: Indicators of water quality are better than national standards for reuse of reclaimed car wash water (GB/T18920-2002) and conform to standards.
4. Water supply should be guaranteed for a long time: Many products could diminish the treatment. In comparison, our design scheme ensures the service life of treatment and quality and quantity of the water can meet the needs of users.
5. High automation degree: All treatment flows and equipment washing are completed under computer control.
6. Easy installation for operations: There is no need to build a special water pool. Only a sewage recovery tank and clear water storage tank are needed. After the unit is installed and the related pipes, wires, water pumps and power supplies are connected, the system can operate.
7. Low operating costs: Treatment has a long service life. The water recycle rate is high and operating costs are low.
