Brief introduction
This technology came from a project undertaken for the National Science and Technology Support Program under the 11th Five-year Plan to do research on catalyst and process, resulting in two national patents for the process and technology. It could be an option for the recycling of carbon dioxide.
Technical features and capacity
1.The independently developed catalyst exclusively for the synthesis of methanol is very active and selective and has good thermal stability.
2.It uses a unique fixed bed reactor where the reaction temperature is easily controlled.
3.The amount of impurities in crude alcohol is low, leading to a GR (guaranteed reagent) level, after 3-tower or 2-tower rectification.
4.Operation is simple and highly automated.
5.The applicable raw materials are pure carbon dioxide and hydrogen, and carbon dioxide and hydrogen mixed gas containing methane or nitrogen.
Capacity: 10-200kt/a
