CN-30 gaseous hydrocarbon pre-reforming catalyst

BRIEF INTRODUCTION

CN-30 catalyst is applicable to pre-reforming units for producing ammonia syngas, methanol syngas, city gas and hydrogen from natural gas, oil field gas, refinery tail gas and other gaseous hydrocarbons.

PERFORMANCE FEATURES

Excellent activity and stability at low temperatures: As a special preparation technology is adopted, active components are evenly distributed on carrier surfaces, endowing the catalyst with a low-temperature activity. Composition of the reforming gas is close to the reaction equilibrium composition under outlet process conditions of the pre-reformer.

Resistance against water vapor oxidation: During operations, if the catalyst is oxidized due to separate input of water vapor, the catalyst can be reduced to resume its original activity.

Excellent reducing property at low temperatures: At low temperatures, it can be reduced, so no additional devices are needed during the startup.

Resistance against carbon deposition: When the feed gas contains a large amount of higher hydrocarbons, higher hydrocarbons and its cracking products could be converted into CH4, H2 and CO2. The catalyst will not be damaged due to hydrocarbon cracking and carbon deposition, so it is applicable to the feed gas containing a large amount of higher hydrocarbons.

PACKAGING

Plastic bags are used as inner packages. Iron drums or rigid plastic drums are used as outer packages.

STORAGE & TRANSPORT

During storage, the catalyst should be kept from damp, frost and contamination. It should be handled with care.
