CN-36-1 reforming catalyst contains nickel as the active component and aluminum oxide as the carrier. It is applicable to 2-stage reformers in ammonia synthesis plants with gaseous hydrocarbons dominated by methane as raw materials, the 2-stage reformers in oil head plants with light oil as raw material and pure oxygen reformers in the process for production of methanol from COG.
Good reforming activity and stability: As advanced preparation technology is adopted, the active component is evenly distributed on carrier surfaces. The catalyst has a stable reforming activity.
Stable structure and mechanical strength: As the catalyst holds an optimal cellular structure, its structure is stable, to ensure a sufficient service life.
Heat resistance: It can be used at 1200℃ for a long time and not get melted, contracted or deformed at 1400℃. At high temperatures, its structure is stable and strength is high.
