CDO-01 CBM de-oxidation catalyst is applicable for catalytic de-oxidation of oxygen-bearing CBM, landfill gas and other gases rich in combustible gas. It can lower oxygen in feed gas from 3~14 percent to less than 0.2 percent (v/v), meeting safety technical requirements of subsequent compression and concentration.
1. Good catalytic de-oxidation activity
A special formula and preparation technology are adopted. It has good catalytic de-oxidation activity and stability.
2. Good tolerance to sulfur
Coalmine gas, landfill gas and other gases rich in combustible gas usually contain 5~50mg/m3 sulfide. The catalyst is tolerant to sulfur. Before de-oxidation, no de-sulfurization of feed gas is needed.
3. High stability at high temperatures
Applicable temperature range of de-oxidation catalyst is 300~800℃. It has high stability at high temperatures.
4. Simple operation

The product is kept in plastic bags, 40kg per bag. Each bag is put into a sealed plastic drum. On the packing drum, producer’s name, product name, specification, batch number and net weight are indicated. Additionally, a quality acceptance certificate is attached.
During storage and transport, measures should be taken to ensure packages are in good condition and away from dampness. It should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilate location.
