CNM-3 catalyst made from thermally-treated hydrated alumina, as well as other active components and additives is a catalyst for dehydration and synthesis of dimethyl ether from methanol by the gas phase method.
The catalyst was developed for production of dimethyl ether through methanol dehydration and won “the title of national key new product” in 2010 (project number: 2010GRF00005).
In the catalytic reaction for dehydration synthesis of dimethyl ether by the gas phase method, the catalyst features high catalytic activity, high selectivity, long service life, simple operations and strong resistance against toxics. It can maintain a stable catalytic performance during long-term use.

After getting packed into two layers of plastic bags, the product can be put into a plastic drum (30kg/drum), and sealed with a rubber gasket.
The packed product should be stored in a dry warehouse and kept from toxics, dampness and frost. During its delivery, rolling, collisions and drops are forbidden.
